Everything first-timers and visitors ask us most, from walk-ins and sensitive skin to parking and payment.
Do you take walk-ins, or do I need to book?
We recommend booking ahead so we can guarantee your time and therapist. It only takes a few seconds online. We do our best to fit in walk-ins when we can, but Sea Point gets busy, especially on weekends. The easiest way is to book online or send us a quick WhatsApp.
How far in advance should I book if I'm visiting Cape Town?
A day or two ahead is ideal, especially for weekends and Sundays. If you're on a short trip, message us on WhatsApp and we'll find you the soonest available slot. Nearly 6 in 10 of our guests are visitors, so we're very used to looking after travellers on tight schedules.
Are you open on Sundays and weekends?
Yes, we're open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, and Saturday & Sunday 9:00 to 15:00.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?
We're at 13 Regent Road, 1st Floor, Sea Point, about 2 minutes from the Sea Point Promenade. We're upstairs, to the left. There's street parking on and around Regent Road, and we're an easy walk from most Sea Point hotels and apartments.
Do you wax men?
Absolutely. We offer full men's waxing for the back, chest, tummy and more. It's done quickly and professionally with low-temperature Spanish wax in a private, comfortable room.
What kind of wax do you use? I have sensitive skin.
We use premium low-temperature Spanish wax, which is gentle and well-suited to sensitive skin. Our therapists are experienced and precise, and the room is set up entirely around your comfort. Let us know about any sensitivities when you book and we'll take extra care.
Do you speak English?
Yes, all our service and booking is in English, and we're happy to answer any questions over WhatsApp before your visit.
How do I book, and can I pay by card?
You can book online in seconds via our booking link, or message us on WhatsApp. We accept cash and card (credit & debit).
It's my first time waxing. Is it painful?
First-timers are very welcome. Low-temperature Spanish wax is gentle, our therapists work quickly and keep you at ease, and many clients say it's far more comfortable than they expected. Tell us it's your first visit and we'll guide you through every step.
Is the studio clean and hygienic?
Hygiene is at the heart of everything we do. We prepare a spotless, fresh treatment room for every guest, use single-use products where it matters, and keep strict standards throughout. It's one of the things our guests mention most in their reviews.
